Which film-related books have you read recently? Which one are you reading now? Please share  I just finished Clara Bow: Running Wild by David Stenn, and I'd recommend it to all who want to learn more about Clara. It was a very good biography. ♥ |

Yeah, it made me sad too. Her life was very sad, which did make it difficult to read at times :-\ I finished reading another book, The It Girl: The Incredible Story of Clara Bow, and I hated it! It portrayed Clara's father as this really kind, trustworthy guy, who just happened to be down on his luck when it came to finding work. It really angered me to read that  |

I've been a fanatic of that book, since I discovered it in 1993, at my local library. When I first read it, I couldn't put it down. It was that good. I STILL read it, and, I use it as a reference for my Clara Bow group, Clara's Place, for when I post my Clara Bow factoids.

It's a great book, indeed. I went to bed with it each night, reading before I went to sleep, and often I had to force myself to stop for the night so I could get some sleep!  |

The author of the Bow biography, Running Wild, is from my part of the country, so I may have skimmed a little; but I don't know the author to The Incredible Story of Clara Bow. Did you have their name?
I haven't seen the Tony Curtis book yet, but wouldn't find it suprising, depending on the context.

Yeah Its ok, i havent read much of it lately because ive been reading Anne Frank's dairy. I just finished reading "Anne Frank and the children of the holocaust" it is such a sad book it makes you cry  Although it is a very good book indeed. |

I've always meant to read Anne Frank's diary, but I actually never have. It would definitely interest me, because my grandpa was a Holocaust survivor ♥
Scott, I think the authors are Joe Morella and Edward Z. Epstein.
